Group of 4 Cherokee split oak baskets, all with nail construction. 1st item: Cherokee oak basket, melon form with footed base.10" H x 10 3/4" W. 2nd item: Medium sized Cherokee oak basket, melon form with footed base. 11" H x 8 1/2" W. 3rd item: Cherokee oak gathering or tray basket with walnut stained weave pattern. 6 1/2" H x 12" W x 8" D. 4th Item: Cherokee oak gathering or tray basket with green stain weaver pattern. 8 3/4" H x 12 1/2" W x 8 1/2" D. All 1st half 20th century. Condition: 1st item: Overall very good condition with one broken weaver on foot. Minor staining on interior. 2nd item: Good condition with broken weavers around foot of basket as well as minor breakage on exterior. Minor grime on interior. 3rd item: Very good condition with minor rim damage and surface grime. 4th item: Some weaver damage to side and surface grime. CONDITION: 1st item: Overall very good condition with one broken weaver on foot.
