George Headley 10K rose gold, platinum and diamond handshake or clasped hand ring, handmade mounting containing 4 faceted and 5 cabochon rubies and 4 round brilliant diamonds, 8.2 grams. Ring size 4. Exhibited: The George Headley Retrospective, Sept. 29, 2006-Jan. 7, 2007 at The Headley-Whitney Museum, Lexington, Kentucky, published in the exhibition catalog, p. 36. Headley's account books list a "gold hand ring" for Mrs. Warren Wright, 1952; it may have been a tribute to the design commonly associated with Paul Flato.
