Antique faux tortoiseshell tea caddy with silvered mountings, having a lid with rounded corners and base with bone trim, the divided interior lined with printed blue paper and retaining both interior lids. 6 3/4" H x 8" W x 5" D. 19th century.
CONDITION: Top with minor wear to top left corner and some clouding back right edge. A couple of areas of lifting to tortoiseshell overlay and a couple of minor chips. One interior lid with old repair to one corner.
