9 pieces of Japanese and Chinese porcelain in the Imari and Famille Rose palette. Includes 1 platter or charger with phoenix and prunus designs, small glaze pop to rim and wear to gilt, 14-1/2" diam; 1 octagonal plate with scalloped edge and heavy gilt decoration, marked en verso, 9-5/8" diam; 1 shell shaped Imari dish; 4 Miniature Imari bottle vases; 1 Famille Rose lozenge shaped footed dish depicting a sage or immortal with a poem or other inscription and butterfly-decorated border (minor wear to decoration); and 1 contemporary 20th c. Imari hexagonal platter with silhouette of bird. Late 19th and Early 20th century. Bottles 1-1/4" H to 3-1/2" H, other items 8-1/2' to 14-1/2" diameter. Provenance: the estate of Helen B. Patterson, Gallatin, Tennessee. Condition: Two firing flaws on base of hexagonal platter, glaze pop to rim and light wear to gilt. Minor loss of gilt on other items. 1 bottle with rim chip.
