Assorted grouping of Asian items including a carved white jade brooch with silver metal mounting (3" L) and an ivory graduated bead necklace (34" L, some age cracks to ivory); a carved ivory and cloisonne bead necklace (22-1/2" L); two (2) miniature red stained ivory figures (1-3/4" H); two (2) framed pierced metal floral circular plaques (8" dia., some rusting to metal); a blue enameled copper wire belt, fashioned into spheres (50-1/2" L, some loose pieces and some misshapen pieces); a carved hardstone elephant figure (2" H x 3-1/2" L, some scattered abrasions); a carved hardstone seal with scholar figure (3-3/4" H); a miniature pottery model of a Chinese fishing boat (2-3/4" L); a blue and white porcelain covered bowl with floral decoration and six character Ta Ming Ch'eng Hua Nien Chih mark to base (4" H x 5-3/4" dia., old repaired breaks to side and chip to rim); and a blue and white porcelain covered bowl with floral decoration and six character Ta Ming Hsuan Te Nien Chih mark to base (3-1/2" H x 4" dia. hairline crack and chip to rim, chip to base of top). 19th and 20th century. 13 items total. Provenance – descended through Chattanooga, TN family of missionaries that left China during the Boxer Rebellion.
