Chinese gilt bronze Healing or Medicine Buddha sculpture, depicted seated in a double lotus position. Raised four-letter gilt mark on the lower back edge of robe. 11 1/8" H x 7" W. Late 19th/early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Cincinnati, Ohio estate.
CONDITION: Overall good condition with losses to gilt to hair, some oxidation to head and lower front edge of robe.
