1st item: Georgian or Regency silver mounted coconut cup, the body with carved ship and figural decoration, having applied silver shields containing a crest and initials, silver rim, and on three reeded silver supports terminating in paw feet and joined by a shaped stretcher. Partial maker's mark to rim for James Hine or James Hyde, other hallmarks rubbed illegible. 5" H. 2nd item: European silver mounted coconut cup, chalice form, with carved palm leaf and other geometric decoration, mounted with scalloped silver rim or collar and applied silver figure of a monk or priest. Interior with engraved silver plaque to the center. 6 3/4" H. 3rd item: George III silver mounted coconut cup having a body engraved with six stars enclosed in circles; silver collar, shell cabriole legs, and stepped slippered feet. Hallmarks to the rim for John Blake, London and date letter for 1788. 4" H. All 18th or 19th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Nashville, Tennessee estate.
CONDITION: 1st item: Overall good condition with minor scattered wear and separation noted to rim. 2nd item: Old repaired break noted to stem at joint where cup joins the stem. 3rd item: Overall good condition, minor scattered bending noted to interior of rim.
