1st item: Sterling Silver mint julep cup stamped for Benjamin Trees of Lexington, Kentucky (1934-1965), engraved 1965 IROQUOIS HUNT HORSE SHOW. 2nd-4th items: Three (3) matching sterling silver julep cups with molded rims and foot rings; 2 marked for International Silver and 1 marked for Newport Silver. All cups approx. 3 3/4" H. 5th item: Small Reed and Barton sterling tray, Windsor pattern, X956. 7 1/2" H x 10 1/2" W. Combined weight: 28.21 troy ounces.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Edith (Edie) M. Bass, Nashville, Tennessee, by descent from her parents, Walter Paul McBride and Claire Childs of Lake Forest, Illinois.
CONDITION: 1st item: 1" L shallow dent to side, 1" dent to footring. 2nd-4th items: All with scattered dents, most about 1/4" to 1/2" L. Newport cup has a 1 1/4" L dent to side. 5th item: Scratching to center.
