Thirty (30) sterling silver cups and saucers with gilt-banded porcelain inserts, including Tiffany & Co. demitasse and Webster soup. 1st – 24th items: Twenty-four (24) Tiffany & Co. items, including twelve (12) pierced demitasse cups with porcelain inserts marked "Lennox Tiffany & Co." to undersides and twelve (12) saucers, monogrammed B. All items stamped with maker's mark, "18705D Makers 6971 Sterling Silver 925-1000", and hallmark for director John C. Moore II. Includes thirteen small felt sleeves with brown ribbon draw and sewn brown Tiffany & Co label. (Note: Four cups without porcelain insert). Cups: 2 3/4" H x 3 3/8" W x 2 1/2" D. Saucers: 4 1/8" dia. 25th – 30th items: Six (6) Webster Company pierced consomme or soup cups having rosettes and two C-scroll handles with porcelain inserts marked "Lennox" to undersides. All stamped with maker's mark and Sterling to one side of body. (Note: Two cups without porcelain insert). 2 3/8" H x 5 1/4" W x 4 1/8" D. 58.070 total weighable troy ounces. All items first half of 20th century.
CONDITION: 1st – 24th items: All items in overall good condition with scattered surface scratches. Demitasse cups with scattered slight denting to body; four without porcelain inserts. One porcelain insert with hairline measuring approximately 3 1/4" L. Saucers with scattered minute pitting. 25th – 30th items: All items in overall good condition with scattered surface scratches and minor denting; two without porcelain inserts. Porcelain inserts with minute wear to gilt.
