Ericsson and Company telegraph machine, No. 27, with brass and glass frame, key-wind spring barrel, dual coils, and detachable print reel, together with a key marked "27", mounted on wooden base with five contacts and plaque reading "H.N.J./No. 27". Manufacturer's mark reading "L.M. Ericsson & Co. Stockholm", surface of frame. 16 1/2" H x 14 5/8" W x 9 1/2" D. 19 lbs. Late 19th/early 20th century. CONDITION: Overall good condition with areas of tarnish to brass and scratches to base to be expected from age. All mechanisms appear intact. Print reel slightly bent.
