Fred Hirsch sterling silver pots with hinged lid having acorn finial; pinched, gooseneck spout; foliate scrolling rim, shoulder, and base; and round foot, including one (1) teapot and one (1) coffeepot. Both stamped with maker's mark, Sterling, and pattern number 749 to underside. Both monogrammed "M". Ranging in size from 9 5/8" H x 10 3/8" W x 5 5/8" D to 11 1/4" H x 9 7/8" W x 5 5/8" D. 47.070 total troy ounces. American, second quarter of the 20th century.
CONDITION: Teapot in overall good condition with scattered minor surface scratches and minor dent to shoulder measuring approximately 3/8" x 3/8". Coffeepot with lid detached from hinge; otherwise in good condition with scattered minor surface scratches and minor dent to lid measuring 1/4" L.
