1st item – Chinese Republic period porcelain vase, one side painted to depict two maidens with a fan and a third with a fishing pole, the reverse with seal mark, also marked with Chinese characters on underside. 9-1/8" H. Early 20th century. 2nd item – Chinese Famille Verte porcelain laughing Buddha figure, depicted surrounded by five children and wearing a robe with floral decoration, impressed Chinese character marks inside an oval to underside. 9" H. 20th century. 3rd item: Fine Chinese cloisonne enameled vase, black ground with red bird amid peony branches, lotus decoration to neck and foot, original sales label on underside. 12 1/4" H. 4th item: Bulb bowl decorated on interior and exterior with dragons, against a turquoise ground. 3" H x 10" Diam. 5th item and 6th items: Older, near pair of yellow ground cloisonne enamel vases with bird and flower decoration, 6" H. 7th item: Turquoise blue enameled baluster vase with dragon decoration, 6 3/4" H. 8th item: Enameled copper vase with stylized floral decoration against an ivory ground. 9-1/4" H. All cloisonne probably Chinese, 20th century. Condition: 1st item – excellent condition. 2nd item: a couple of spots of abrasion/wear to paint, couple of firing flaws and paint over-runs to back, generally good condition. Cloisonne items: All with some scattered light minor wear. Bulb bowl also has some discoloration to interior, a small 1/2" dent to exterior and a couple of small light discoloration spots to exterior. 8th item (vase, ivory ground) has a 3/4" dent with enamel loss and discoloration to shoulder and some very small spots of discoloration.
