Three landscape works of art. 1st item: Watercolor European street scene, signed and dated "Akhriev 2005" lower left. Possibly by Timur Akhriev (Tennessee, b. 1984) or Daud M. Akhriev (Russia, Tennessee, b.1959). Black and gilt paneled frame. Frame: 28" H x 21 3/4" W. Sight: 19 3/4"H x 13 3/4" W. Excellent condition. 2nd item: Graphite on paper landscape of homestead on lake. Unsigned. Dark gray frame. Frame: 15" x 15". Sight: 8" H x 7 3/4" W. Excellent condition. Both with Atlanta, GA framer's label en verso. 3rd item: Landscape oil on board signed J. Wright (?sp). Frame: 9 5/8" H x 6 1/2" W. Sight: 7 3/4" H x 4 1/2" W. Early 20th century. Provenance: Estate of Bill Selden, Athens, TN. Condition: All in very good condition.
