Thirty-one (31) marbles including four (4) onion skin; eight (8) latticino swirls; fourteen (14) divided core swirls; one (1) sulphide with horse figure; one (1) black and white opaque swirl; one (1) peppermint swirl; one (1) transparent amber slag with opaque swirl; one (1) tigers eye. Ranging from 5/8″ dia. to 2 1/4″ dia. Likely German, early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private West Tennessee Collection.
CONDITION: Light scuffs, some clouding. Scattered chipping, largest 3/4″ area to opaque black and white swirl. Many with dings and multiple subsurface moons. One divided core with 1/2″ internal fracture. The 3 largest onion skins and approx. 4 transparent swirls appear to be polished.
