Cartier gentleman's dressing case, blue leather exterior with gold-toned hardware, topped with a matching handle and double locks on each side. The locks slide open to reveal a dual-compartmented interior with a gold-toned inner handle. The front compartment, secured with two snapping tabs, pulls up to reveal a blue leather-lined interior with additional compartments holding three (3) cut glass powder boxes with gold-painted sterling silver lids, one (1) shoe buffer, five (5) rectangular and one (1) cylindrical cut glass cologne bottles all with gold painted sterling silver lids, and one (1) clothes brush with blue leatherette protective band. The second compartment is secured by a hardware mechanism and opens to reveal an additional blue leather-lined interior with compartments holding one (1) cut glass perfume bottle with a gold-painted sterling silver case, one (1) hairbrush with a blue leatherette protective band, one (1) comb, one (1) small hinged blue leather box, one (1) drawing/note pad, and one (1) additional large blue leather case enclosing a fitted interior with one (1) brass corkscrew, one (1) pair of scissors, one (1) pair of cuticle clippers, one (1) nail file, and an additional compartment below holding one (1) shoehorn. Stamped "Cartier / London – Paris – New York / Made in France and "Brevete S.G.D.G" with serial number to inner front edge. Two keys are present with case. 4 1/2" H x 11" W x 9 1/2" D. Early 20th Century.

CONDITION: Overall very good condition with visible use wear to exterior and interior. Interior with one small tear to front compartment lid. Cuticle cutters and comb have been replaced with later versions. Some original items/compartments may no longer be present.
