French Louis Lot (1807-1896) silver concert flute, open hole keys, inline G with C-foot. Inscribed “LL Louis-Lot Paris #868 Brevete” to neck piece; and inscribed “LL Louis-Lot Paris #868″ to body. Includes fitted case and cleaning rod. 26” L. Circa 1864.

CONDITION: Scattered minor surface wear. Minor resoldering to scattered tone holes. Some keyholes and crown or end cap have been plugged (crown plug removable). Crown and head cork detached. C# key has been substituted with a roller, and C# trill has been added. Gold lip plate and springs are later replacements.
