Pair of George III carved giltwood girandole mirrors, oval shaped having flower and carved scroll designs with two arms centered at the base. 33" H x 20" W. 22.4 lbs total. Late 18th/early 19th century. Provenace: Formerly of Maple Grove Estate, Knoxville, TN when a private residence, and published in Southern Accents magazine. CONDITION: Break to one arm, old break with losses to lower section and losses to silvering of mirror to one. Minor losses to silvering to the other mirror with general wear, old repaired break to lower section.
