London: The London Printing and Publishing Company, circa 1870. 9" H X 11 1/4" W (Quarto). Both volumes 279 Pages. Later edition in the original deluxe leather binding with elaborate gold gilt tooling to covers and spine. Arranged by Trusler with anecdotes by Hogarth and Nichols. Each spine exhibits four pronounced hubs. Original tissue guards intact. Provenance: the estate of Sarah Hunter Hicks Green, formerly of Historic Devon Farm, Nashville, Tennessee. CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Occasional foxing. Covers a bit scuffed.
