2 pieces. 1st item: A round covered entree dish with very finely cast acanthus scroll and foliate decoration, pierced handles, and an engraved crest Si Deus Quis Contra (meaning If God is With Us, Who Can Be Against Us? – family motto of the Spence family). No maker's mark. 2nd item: Tea or hot water urn with ball and cap finial, beaded lid and base, round tapering body side handles, spout with an S-scroll handle centered by a white opaline glass bead, on a base with four ostrich-form feet. No maker's mark. Both English or Scottish, mid to late 19th century. Entree dish 8"H x 12" diameter, urn 19"H. Condition:
