PROVENANCE: This set was among the personal belongings sent out of Germany by a prominent Frankfurt family during the period of unrest before the start of World War II. It has descended in this family to the present consignor.

CONDITION: There is some light wear to gilding on some pieces with gilt bowls, otherwise excellent condition. Monogrammed.
