Depicts The Earl of Lauderdale bearing The Banner of Scotland, The Viscount Beresford bearing The Banner of Ireland. Both are attended by pages and behind them walk Viscount Exmouth and Viscount Sidmouth. Dated July 19th, 1831. Printer and engraver information obscured by the matte.
