Grouping of European Porcelain, 7 Pcs. 1st-2nd items: Pair of French garniture vases with swan handles featuring hand-painted portraits of two women with flowers in their hair. Surface of vases painted gold with floral and other decorative motifs, gold trim on rims. Two incised letters or numbers on base. 8 1/2" H x 4 3/4" W. 3rd-4th items: English hand-painted porcelain tea caddy and teapot. Teapot decorated with floral border on surface and lid with gold trim, "Miller" in gold on surface, base unmarked. Tea caddy decorated with floral motif and gold trim, unmarked. Teapot – 6 3/4" H x 8 1/4" W. Tea Caddy – 4 5/8" H x 3 3/4" W x 3" D. 5th-6th items: Pair of Limoges France plates featuring transfer printed portraits of Napoleon Bonaparte and Francois Joseph Lefebvre, one of Napoleon's Marshals of the Empire, each in gilt cartouche. Plates with fluted gilt rim. Maker's marks on base. 7 1/4" dia. 7th item: Frankenthal Germany yellow oval hinged porcelain box dresser with brass mounts,center transfer print of a couple with birds and open birdcage in a pastoral setting surrounded by gold painted decorations. Floral cartouches with gold painted decorations repeated around base, floral motifs repeated inside of box and inside of lid. Joseph Anton Hannong monogram on bottom. 5 1/4" H x 16 1/4" W X 7" D. All Late 19th to early 20th century. Provenance: Estate of James J. Allen, Knoxville, TN. CONDITION: 1st-2nd items: Gilt worn in numerous places and possible repairs to support and handles of one vase. 3rd and 4th items: Gold painted faded on teapot. Breaks and repairs on rim and bottom, 1" chip on rim on tea caddy. 5th-6th items: Overall very good condition. 7th item: Minor oxidation on brass mounts.
