1st item: Mustard or condiment ladle with Grecian variant pattern handle having beaded edges and pointed end and a gilt-washed bowl and gilding to reverse of handle, script monogram "Mixer", marked on back Gregg Hayden & Co in rectangle (Nathaniel and Sidney Hayden and William Gregg, Charleston, South Carolina, mark used 1846-1852). 5-5/8"L . 2nd item: Butter knife in Fiddle Thread pattern, marked on reverse G & H (William Gale & Jasper Hughes, working together in New York circa 1846), 7-3/4"L. Combined weight 2.62 oz troy (knife + mustard ladle). 3rd item: Coin silver soup or punch ladle, fiddle pattern, attributed to Baldwin Gardiner (Philadelphia, working 1815-1826, and New York City, 1827-1848) marked BG in rectangle with pseudohallmarks, monogrammed "Otto", 13"L, 8.0 oz troy. 4th item: Butter knife having shell handle, marked C.A. Burnett (Charles A. Burnett, 1769-1849, working Alexandria, Virginia / Georgetown, District of Columbia), monogrammed AEO, 7-3/8", 1.43 oz troy. Provenance: Private Arkansas Collection. Condition: Light wear to gilding on mustard ladle. Punch ladle has a 1/4"L deep scratch to underside of handle, otherwise all items in very good condition.
