High Wheeler Bicycle, possibly Columbia by Pope Manufacturing Company, Hartford, CT., circa 1875, with leather seat (torn in few areas) on spring mechanism, grip moustache handlebars, black painted body, red painted wheels and spokes (2spokes broken on smaller wheel), hard rubber tires. Overall very good condition. 58-3/4" H x 65" W x 20" D; front wheel 52" dia., back wheel 17-1/2" dia. Provenance: East Tennessee collection.
