Antique Persian Kashan area rug, wool on wool, two stylized central medallions on a dark blue field and red spandrels, within three primary borders, with overall scrolling foliate decoration. Woven in colors of brick red, blue, cream, and green. 57 in. x 38 1/2 in. Early 20th century.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Some visible pile knots. Fringed ends with losses, and the ends have been reinforced. Minor wear to each side edge.
