Signed lower right "Taschner Ignatius" and dated 1900. Housed in the original carved gilt wood frame. Sight: 23 3/8" H x 29 7/8" W. Framed: 29 1/2" H x 36 1/4" W. Condition: Slight cracks to board, upper and lower margins extending the width of the painting. A few small spots of inpainted flakes noted between the legs of the figure.
