Pair of English School oil on canvas coastal seascape scenes, each illegibly signed and depicting figures near a beached ship. Molded giltwood frames. Sight – 9 1/2" H x 11" W. Framed – 16" H x 18" W. Stencils for London canvas company en verso. Late 19th to early 20th century. CONDITION: One painting has two 1" patches version and two 5" losses to frame, the other is in good condition. Both with some light craquelure and grime.
