5 Japanese framed woodblock prints, each signed in plate with publisher seals. Includes 1 Utagawa Hiroshige print: Wakasa Province, A Fishing Boat Catching a Flat Fish in a Net from the series "Famous Places in the Sixty-Odd Provinces of Japan" (Wakasa, Gyosen karei ami), 13" x 8-3/4" sight, 20" x 15" framed; and 4 Tomikichiro Tokuriki hanga prints from the "Eight Views of Japan" and "Famous Historic Places and Holy Places" series: Great Buddha, Toshogu Shrine, Shiroyama, and Wedding Rocks. Tokoriki prints measure approximately 9-1/2" x 13-1/2" and 10" x 15" sight, 15" x 20" and 17" x 21" framed. Condition: All with light toning/fading. Shiroyama has 1" diameter light stain in sky area, Toshogu Shrine has 1/2" stain in left lower corner, Great Buddha has some scattered foxing. Hiroshige print has a couple of light creases, top edge of writing obscured by frame. (examination of two of the five prints out of frame showed one print glued down, the other hinge mounted).
