Ninety-four (94) pieces including 12 New French hollow table knives with bolsters (10 1/4" L); 12 individual steak knives with bevel blades (9" L); 12 dinner forks (8 1/8" L); 12 individual salad forks (6 3/4" L); 12 oval soup spoons; 12 iced tea spoons; 12 flat handle butter spreaders; 2-piece large roast carving set with original box; 1 vegetable serving spoon; 1 serving/tablespoon; 1 solid serving fork; 1 large cold meat serving fork; 1 solid gravy ladle; 1 solid piece cream ladle; 1 jelly spoon; and 1 cheese knife with stainless steel blade. 134.715 weighable troy ounces. Note: this pattern, introduced 1871, features designs of birds inspired by the ornithological paintings of John James Audubon. This particular service appears to date from the mid- to late 20th century.
