1st item: Coin silver soup or punch ladle, olive pattern, with "Craig" monogram and incuse mark en verso for William Kendrick (working Louisville, KY, 1810-1880). 12"L. 2nd and 3rd items: Two (2) coin silver tablespoons with fiddle swell handles, each with incuse mark CLARK & HINTON for William Hinton and E. Clark Jr., working in partnership in Paris, KY, 1854 – c.1864. 4th and 5th items: Two (2) coin silver dessert spoons, each marked D H Spears in rectangle for David Huston Spears of Springfield, KY, b. 1798 – d. 1876. Combined weight: 10.64 oz troy.
PROVENANCE: Private Southern collection.
CONDITION: Ladle: Minor wear, overall very good condition. Hinton spoons: excellent condition except for some wear on fins. Spears spoons: marks show significant wear. All items monogrammed.
