Lucien Delarue (France, 1925-2011) oil on canvas painting titled "Eze Village" depicting steps leading to a stone building on a street in the coastal Mediterranean village. Signed "Delarue" lower right. Additionally titled en verso and inscribed "Cote d'Azur." With circa 1969 biographical pamphlet. Housed in an ornate gesso and giltwood frame with foliate corner decoration and fabric fillet. Sight: 17 5/8" H x 13 3/4" W. Frame: 25 1/8" H x 21 1/4" W.
PROVENANCE: The estate of Annette Petri, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Painting in very good condition overall. Frame with minor wear.
