Three (3) American coin silver items. 1st item: American coin silver water pitcher with Italian Revival design under a flared spout with Bacchus bust decoration and a lobed body having incised plaque and floral repousse decoration, raised atop a circular base. S-scroll handle with molded overlay. Marked on underside W.ADAMS and NEW-YORK in serrated rectangles for William Adams (1802-1861). Engraved "To Azariah T. Flagg January 1st 1854" upper center panel. Azariah Cutting Flagg (1790-1873) was an American newspaper printer, editor and politician in the state of New York. 36.355 oz troy. 9 3/4" H. Mid 19th century. 2nd item: American coin silver mug with flared rim, footed base and s-scroll handle. Marked on underside W.ADAMS in serrated rectangle. Engraved in script "R.E.E. From R.E.J." 4 1/4" H to top of handle. 5.14 oz troy. 3rd item: American coin silver footed open salt with beaded rim, incised and repousse grapevine decoration to body. Maker's mark PLK (between two stars) for Peter Krider (Philadelphia, PA working 1850-1860), 1 3/4" H, 0.92 oz troy. 42.415 total oz troy/3 items. Provenance: Estate of Celia (Cece) Webb, Nashville, Tennessee. CONDITION: 1st item: Very good condition with some surface wear. 2nd item: Scattered dents along lower bowl of mug. 3rd item: Overall good decoration. Some loss to decoration due to age.
