Group of (4) sterling silver cups, 20th century, after Early American designs. 1st and 2nd items: Two (2) goblets modeled after ones designed and owned by President Thomas Jefferson, of tapered form and raised on stepped circular support over square base. Marked to underside, "Jefferson Goblet / Steiff Sterling". 4.75"H. 3rd and 4th items: Two (2) American sterling mugs modeled after early American designs. One marked to underside, "Ensco New York / Reproduction Sterling 2100X" and engraved to body, "1941 Nov'ber 8, 1966" with engraved handle "VS G+D"; the other a J.E. Caldwell & Co. sterling cup marked to underside with makers mark and "P. Revere / Reproduction Sterling". Taller: 3.5"H. Combined weight all items: 26.34 ozt.
PROVENANCE: The estate of Hunter Kay, Franklin, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall good condition, wear commensurate with age and use. One goblet with flea biting to rim.
