Two small Continental Bronze items. 1st item: Small Vienna cold painted bronze figure of a soldier on horseback, unsigned but possibly Bergman, 3 1/2"H. 2nd item: Gilt bronze figural inkstand in the form of a fox carrying a globe, which opens to reveal a glass inkwell with raised letters HEYWOOD WAKEFIELD. 5 1/3"H. Both items Continental, early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Nashville Collection.
CONDITION: 1st item: some wear to paint. 2nd item: glass ink well is a replacement, but fits well. Oxidation to bronze.
