Group of five bisque head and shoulders dolls, four German and one French, all approximately 10" H. 1st item: French doll, white bisque head, marked with impressed number 2, brown glass eyes, closed mouth, jointed composition body. 2nd item: German Schoenau & Hoffmeister (marked M 5/0) doll, grey glass eyes, open mouth with teeth, jointed composition body. 3rd item: German Peter Scherf (marked 1899) doll, blue glass eyes, open mouth with teeth, painted stockings and shoes. Head separated from body. 4th item: German Cuno & Otto Dressel doll , blue glass eyes, open mouth. Head separated from body. 5th item: Probably German doll, impressed mark "X 180 9/0", with brown glass eyes, open mouth with teeth, black hair and stockings.
