Tiffany and Company, New York, mahogany tall case clock, 5 tube chimes, having a broken pediment bonnet top, above a brass and silvered Arabic numeral dial with "Tiffany & Co." engraved semicircular plaque and handpainted moon phase and cottage in background dial, flanked by fluted quarter columns, waist with single glass panel shaped door with key opening to five tubes, three weights and pendulum, flanked by fluted quarter columns, ogee molding transition to a square base, front with retangular cut corner molding, stepped molded bracket foot and shaped skirt. Stencilled "501" on back. 87" H x 20" W x 15 1/4" D. American, early 20th century. Provenace: Formerly of Maple Grove Estate, Knoxville, TN when a private residence. CONDITION: Clock in working condition at time of inspection. Exfoliation to handpainted moon phase dial. Wood case with some alligatoring to finish.
