Pair of two (2) watercolor floral paintings, possibly schoolgirl studies for a theorem or Female Academy album. Includes "Punica Granatum" or pomegranate by Maryann Humphries, dated July 1807, and "Anemone Pratensis" or small pasque flower by Elizabeth Bolton, dated Dec. 1813. Each framed under glass in a later giltwood frame with hand-colored and gilt mat. 8 1/2" x 6 1/4" sight, 15" x 12" framed. American or English, 1807-1813.
CONDITION: Each with toning and light creasing, overall good condition, not examined out of frame.
