Hanging solar lamp or lantern, the cast gilt lacquered bronze and brass frame adorned with leafs and berries and a detachable leaf shaped smoke bell, the frosted and cut glass globe with stylized lotus or thistle and other floral designs; lotus/thistle design repeated on front; burner knob marked Julius Ives & Co. Clear glass chimney. Globe – 7 1/2" diameter. Overall – 36" H. Circa 1867.
