Sight – 12 3/8" H x 17 3/4" W. Framed – 19 1/4" H x 24" W. 2nd item: Colored etching depicting lower Manhattan, possibly from the Brooklyn Heights promenade. Pencil signed by the artist lower right. Plate – 11 3/4" H x 15 1/2" W. Sight – 18 1/4" H x 21 1/4" W. Framed – 19 7/8" H x 22 7/8" W. CONDITION: 1st item: Etching overall good condition. Foxing to matte, abrasions to frame. 2nd item: Some toning, spotting to back.
