Item 1: Indian gilt bronze child's bracelet or cuff cast with the image of the Hindu deity Mahakala. 4 1/2" total dia. 13th – 15th century. Note: These were worn by young children, usually male, and not removed. Item 2: Ancient Bronze sculpted figure, probably Egyptian, depicting the Anubis deity, mounted to a wooden base. 2-1/2" H. Late Period to Ptolemaic Period. Provenance: the estate of Mrs. Adna Godfrey Wilde, Jr. (Sara Joan Wilde), Colorado Springs, CO. Condition: Item 1: Old break to mid-section of cuff, otherwise good condition. Item 2: Expected wear and oxidation for age.
