Early 20th century. Item 2: Leveling rod by unknown maker with brass fittings. 54" H. Item 3: Keuffel and Esser surveyors steel tape measure. 15 1/2" H x 12 1/2" W. 20th Century. Condition: Item 1: Overall good, retains 60% of paint. Item 2: Overall very good condition. Item 3: Break to end of tape with part still intact.
