Two pairs of Native American Plains moccasins including: one (1) pair of fully beaded buffalo hide moccasins, possibly Arapaho, geometric decoration in white, yellow, blue, and red seed and glass beads, hard soles, 4 1/2" H x 4" W x 10" L and one (1) pair of tan buffalo hide moccasins with seed and glass beaded top, wheel design in colors of white, pink, green, yellow, red, blue and silver, hard soles, 4" H x 3 1/2" W x 10 1/2" L. Both pair of moccasins Late 19th/Early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Collection of Michael Janton, Findlay, Ohio.
CONDITION: 1st item: Both overall very good condition with light wear, both with a minor areas of loss to the heel. 2nd item: Both overall very good condition, one with area of red dye transfer to one side.
