Native American Kiowa beaded Strike-a-Light Bag, rectangular tapering form consisting of hide and buckskin with geometric glass beaded front with partially beaded flap and back, the base metal cone fringe. Beaded in colors red, blue, red, white, and lavender. 6 1/2" H x 3 1/2" W (at base). Late 19th/Early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Collection of Michael Janton, Findlay, Ohio.
CONDITION: A couple of areas of bead loss to the front and along one side. Some stiffness to hide.
