Silverplated tea tray on custom hand wrought iron stand forming a small table. The oval tray has a scalloped, bead course rim and features an engraved lion rampant crest inside an elaborate cartouche with rope border, surrounded by scroll and bellflower motifs. Two acanthus and rope motif handles. Unmarked. Mid to late 19th century. The tray sits atop a custom wrought iron stand with four scrolled feet and x form stretcher having a central finial. Stand is late 20th century. Overall: 17" H x 30" W (including handles) x 20" D.
CONDITION: Both pieces in excellent condition.
