Five (5) silver plated items, including Old Sheffield. 1st – 3rd items: Scarce three (3) piece Matthew Boulton Old Sheffield tea set, all pieces of lobed melon form on four scalloped feet, including one (1) teapot with C-scroll handle having leaf accent, gooseneck spout, and hinged lid with gourd finial; one (1) creamer with C-scroll handling having leaf and scroll accents and a pinched spout; and one (1) waste bowl with double C-scroll handles having leaf and scroll accents. All stamped with double sun mark to underside. Ranging in size from 5 1/4" H x 5 1/4" W x approx. 3 1/2" D to 5 7/8" H x 11 3/4" W x approx. 7 1/4" D. English, early 19th century. 4th item: T & J Creswick Old Sheffield melon form coffee pot with C-scroll handle having foliate and scroll attachments, gooseneck spout with leaf accent, four foliate feet, and a hinged lid having gourd finial. Stamped with maker's mark, X, and TE to underside. 10 3/4" H x 9" W x approx. 5 1/4" D. English, mid 19th century. 5th item: Silverplated, double-handled rococo style serving tray with scallop accents and four foliate scroll feet. Unmarked. 2 3/4" H x 27 5/8" W x 19 1/4" D. Likely English, late 19th or early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Raymond White, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: 1st – 3rd items: Overall good condition with scattered surface scratches, minute surface denting, and slight wear to plating. 4th item: Overall good condition with minor scattered surface scratches and wear. 5th item: Overall good condition with surface scratches throughout.
