1st item: English porcelain "Gin" barrel, Minton or Staffordshire, with pink polychrome and gilt decoration. Top fitted with removable porcelain cap and base fitted with brass spigot. 14 1/4" H x 12 1/2" dia. 19th century. 2nd item: English Neoclassical orb form silverplated hot water or beverage urn having reeded legs, paw feet, bail handles, front spout, and burner to the base. Unmarked. 18" H x approx. 11" dia. 19th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Knoxville, Tennessee collection.
CONDITION: 1st item: Overall good condition with very light wear to decoration. One chip to underside of cap. 2nd item: Finial slightly bent, one small dent to one edge of lid, otherwise overall good condition with light general wear.
