Hollowware: 2 sterling silver candlesticks in the form of Corinthian columns, marks for Chester, England, 1895-1895, 6"H; 1 Reed and Barton sterling "bachelor" teapot with ebonized handle, 4"H; 1 mug with elaborate repousse decoration to body, the underside marked J.E. Caldwell, Sterling, and inscribed April 23, 1890, 3"H; 1 Gorham porringer, 4" diam; and 1 Lunt porringer, 6" diameter; 1 sterling silver stuffing spoon in the King's Pattern, incuse mark for retailer J.E. Caldwell of Philadelphia, 13"L; and 1 Stieff Repousse pattern carving knife with weighted handle, underside of guard marked "STIEFF, crown, 5, Sterling", 15 1/4" L. Combined weight (minus candlesticks and Stieff carving knife) 27.54 oz troy oz. Provenance: A Nashville, TN, estate. CONDITION: Caldwell stuffing spoon has significant denting to bowl. Several small dents to bases of candlesticks, one candlestick has lost its loading and base flannel. Carving knife with wear and rust to blade. Other items very good condition with light scratching and scattered minor dents.
