Salvador Dali (Spain, 1904-1989) etching and drypoint in color on paper, titled Iseult et Branguine (or Isolde and Brangwen), from Tristan et Iseult (Tristan and Isolde), 1969. Signed with initials lower right and numbered 39/125 in pencil lower left, with embossed London Grafica Arts publisher's stamp. Matted and framed behind non-glare glass in a chrome molded wood frame. Lyzon Nashville framing label, en verso. Plate: 15 1/2" H x 10 3/8" W. Sight – 17" H x 12" W. Frame – 24" H x 18" W. Note: According to the London Grafica Arts label, en verso, this is plate XVII, one of 21 color drypoints for Tristan et Iseult, published 1969, edition of 125 with monogram on Velin de Mandeure plus 100 fully signed on Japon and Velin de Mandeure. Note: Work is found in The Official Catalog of the Graphic Works of Salvador Dalil, by Alberty Field, authorized by Dali (1996), on page 60, and fits the parameters of authentication described.
