Wrought iron fireplace fender and andirons, featuring curled, twisted and scrolled designs. Unmarked. Possibly Samuel Yellin or Philip Kerrigan (1904-1958, owner of Kerrigan Ornamental Ironworks, Nashville, TN). Fender: 9-1/2"H x 55"W x 13"D. Andirons: 23"H x 13"W x 19"D. Circa 1930. Provenance: purchased circa 1945 from the estate of Luke Lea of Nashville (Founder of the Tennessean newspaper and state senator, 1911-1917). Condition: Some light oxidation and expected wear, overall very good condition.
