Two (2) Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973) color lithographs. 1st item: Picasso lithograph titled "Dance of Youth" depicting abstract multi-color figures dancing around a dove. Signed and dated in the plate "Picasso 25.7 61." and pencil signed lower right "Picasso" and numbered "166/200" lower left. Housed in a chrome frame with linen matte and coral liner. Sight: 24 3/8" H x 19" W. Framed: 31 1/2" H x 25 1/4" W. 2nd item: Publisher's Edition lithograph titled "Carnet de la Californie". Dated in the plate upper left "8.11.55.VI" and pencil signed lower right "Publisher's Edition" and numbered "118/150 P.S." lower left. Unframed. 11 3/4" H x 17 3/8" W.
PROVENANCE: Private East Tennessee Collection.
CONDITION: 1st item: Overall very good condition. Hinge mounted. Some light overall toning. Minor wear and abrasions to frame. Examined outside of frame, not adhered to a backing. 2nd item: Light toning lower margin, lower left corner with crease and minute loss. Some dampstaining lower half resulting in mild overall waviness to paper.
